Leaders gifted with the responsibility of caring for a parish are often faced with both joy and challenges. There is joy in doing ministry together, joy in worship, joy in learning as the body of Christ and joy in learning how to be Christ’s light and love in the world.
The challenges arise when inside and outside forces are at work creating difficult situations that require discernment, prayer, hard conversations, finesse and courageous leadership.
It is our hope to provide information and resources for you that help, support and strengthen you and your leadership team as you live out God’s call in this time and place.
